Time to break up? or time to cooperate!
China, Japan, and Korea firm handshake last summer pursuing a better diplomatic relationship. Nearly 6 months later, three countries broke up again blaming each other that they need to shut down the border to prevent COVID19. There was no discussion at all but shut down. It may happen in Euro countries and America.
We may need a global contingency plan for unforeseen situations from virus, war, earthquake, flood and etc. The three countries always been competing and helping in the long history. I am sure we can overcome again!
